Not at all! Just describe what you have — the size, shape, any labels — and we'll identify them. You can also email us a photo if you're unsure.
What happens with specialist broadcast formats?
For formats like U-Matic, Betacam or 1-inch tape, we extend our service through our partner network — specialist broadcast facilities with the professional-grade equipment to handle them. You deal with us throughout — one point of contact, one job. We'll provide a quote before anything is sent.
What file formats do I receive?
Consumer formats are delivered as MP4. Professional broadcast formats can be delivered as MP4, ProRes QuickTime, or both — whatever suits your needs. We can also supply WAV audio files from audio formats.
Can you handle PAL and NTSC formats?
Yes — we handle both PAL (Australian standard) and NTSC (North American/Japanese) formats, including standards conversions where required.
Do you offer AI enhancement for video?
