What We Do
You don't need to count tapes, identify formats, or figure out what plugs into what. Just drop off the box (or post it to us). We go through every item, digitise whatever can be digitised, organise it all into a clear folder structure on USB, and return everything — originals included.
VHS, Hi8, MiniDV, camcorders, memory cards, CDs, DVDs, photos, slides, cassettes — if it's got memories on it, we'll deal with it.
We catalogue every item and send you a quote before we start. No surprises — you know exactly what you're paying before we digitise a single thing.
Everything goes onto USB in a logical, clearly labelled folder structure — by device, media type, or date where possible.

Fill in our simple form — even "a box of random stuff from the 80s and 90s" is a fine starting point. We'll get back to you within one business day.
Hobart locals can drop off in person. Everyone else can post it — we'll give you packing tips and a secure address. Australia-wide, no problem.
Every item is catalogued, identified, and assessed. You'll receive a full itemised quote using our standard per-format pricing before any digitisation begins.
No surprises. If anything can't be digitised we'll let you know up front. You decide what to proceed with.
We work through everything and organise it into a clean, clearly labelled folder structure on USB — by media type, device, or date where we can determine it.

Pricing
Mixed collections are impossible to quote sight-unseen — so we don't try. Once we've inventoried your box, we'll send you a full itemised quote using our standard per-format pricing.
Most boxes come in somewhere between $150 and $500 depending on quantity and mix of formats — but we've seen everything from a $60 job to $1,000+ (a truly epic collection). Either way, you'll know exactly what you're up for before we do anything.
Volume discounts apply for larger collections — up to 15% off — and free return postage on orders over $200.
